I'm Darren Langley, an independent Internet professional, specialising in web design, working nationally from Birmingham, UK.

With 11 years experience in the Internet industry I was previously employed by BSkyB for eight years where I spent more than two years in the role of Web Design Manager and have recently been engaged as Creative Director for a Birmingham digital agency. In these roles I have worked on and managed award-winning projects for a range of clients from local businesses to multi-national corporations.

In my role as a full-time freelance digital designer I have recently been retained on a project to review and enhance MetroFrance.com, the French language website for Metro International Newspaper group and design microsites and banner ad campaigns for hard drive maker Western Digital. I've also been engaged by local businesses in the West Midlands to design and build websites for their companies and put together search engine strategies for them.
