Web Design Costs Guide
To make it easier for potential clients to budget for their interactive projects I have put together the following guide to how much my services cost:

Website Design & Development for Brochure Site
From £800
This cost would be for the design aspect of a project consisting of a small number of unique pages or templates. This would include concept designs for up to three alternative designs along with HTML development.
Website Design & Development for Complex Site
From £1,200
Should the project require more functionality and a larger framework of pages this can be accomodated for on a project by project basis.
Content Management System
From £160*
A basic content management system that allows for updating of the copy and images within a chosen sections and pages of the site on an ad-hoc basis. This content management system is be powered by easy-to-use WYSIWYG online software and allows for text to be edited and images to be managed and added to pages. The CMS also allows for other file types, such as PDFs, to be uploaded to the server.

WordPress Content Management System
From £800*
A more inclusive content management system powered by the industry-leading software WordPress can be integrated into websites I produce. Featuring a bespoke theme design that will allow for seamless integration with the design and utilising a myriad of WordPress plug-ins, this powerful, easy to use, CMS will allow for pages to be modified and new pages created as well as the creation of sub-categories.

Email Marketing
Design & Development: £400
An bespoke email newsletter template can be produced for use by the client on an ad-hoc basis. The design of the email newsletter template will reflect the brand, be harmonious with the website design and encourage users to click back to the site.
The email template also includes development of spam filter safe HTML which will be tested against a multitude of email client software and spam filters to ensure a high delivery success rate.
Also included is the ability to capture email addresses via the website and the ability to manage the email subscriber database online.
The content management package for sending email newsletters is available through an online interface and is intuitive to use. The package also comes complete with analytics which tracks how many times the email is opened by the recipient as well as information on bounces, un-subscribers and links clicked.
Logo / Branding
From £500
A logo should represent the values of the company and be trust-worthy, professional and easily identifiable.
The process of designing a new brand would include a range of conceptual logos being produced and following review and feedback from the client a further phase of development will lead to a finalised logo and brand being signed-off.
Web Hosting
£50 per year
Hosting for the website can be provided, which would enable the site to be hosted on its own unlimited web space with unlimited email addresses using its own domain name and with unlimited bandwidth. More information about the website hosting package can be found at http://www.111webhost.com.
Domain Name Registration
£10 per year for.com
£10 for 2 years .co.uk
Domain names can be registered or if the existing domain name is to be retained arrangements will need to be made by the client to transfer it.
