Websites for Californian hard-drive manufacturer
Western Digital, manufacturer of a large proportion of the world’s hard disk drives, approached me to produce a microsite to promote the steps they are taking to help the environment and make their products eco-friendly. In line with this goal they launched their GreenPower product range.
Working closely with WD’s UK Marketing Manager, I designed a website intended to be clean, crisp and educational that showcases the products within the GreenPower range as well as helpful energy saving advice to consumers. I also constructed the web-accessible XHTML and CSS code that powers the site.
In addition, I was asked to produce supporting promotional material for the website, which included an animated banner ad campaign, print advertisement and email campaign designs.
